With many years of experience managing villas, we always make sure our clients and guests leave with a happy feeling about our services. We recently had a memorable experience where guests were dropped off at one of our villas by mistake. Their driver had left, and they didn't speak Spanish. We immediately stepped in, helping them locate their co-host, who only spoke Spanish, and ensured they made it to their correct villa safely. We even followed up the next day to confirm they were okay. Though they weren't our guests, we were delighted to help.
